What we give on Earth is what we will be returned in heaven. My family has been active parishioners of the Saint Paul community for fourteen years. My parents have always supported my siblings and my participation in the mass. They require us to listen during the mass to learn and grow spiritually. They take us to mass every weekend and Holy Days in the hopes of rearing respectful children. My mom works full time as the computer teacher at Saint Paul school and offers computer help on a volunteer basis to Saint Paul employees, parents, the community and Fr. Flori. Both of my parents tithe to the church annually. From growing up in a Christian environment, I also have served in my community. I have participated in Girl Scouts since I was in kindergarten. Also, I occasionally altar serve during Friday mass to assist the priest and in the fluency of the mass. During fourth through seventh grade, I played my flute in the Church band and occasionally played my flute at the Saturday mass. During Friday mass, I enjoy sitting with my care bear and explain the different parts of the mass.  I try to offer my time and talents to the Saint Paul Community; therefore, I tutor younger students who are having difficulty in school.

As Douglas Adams said, “To give real service you must add something which cannot be bought or measured with money, and that is sincerity and integrity.” I enjoy being a part of the St. Paul community and will strive to increase my involvement in church activities as I grow older. I enjoy altar serving and development of the youth. We regularly pray for vocations and the well-being of our priest, the leader of our St Paul community.
